Sometimes it’s just good to pause for a moment. To take a deep breath. To meet people who understand what moves you – in your work, in everyday life, in your faith. That’s exactly what the staff conference is for.

From March 30 to April 2, 2026, all employees will meet in the beautiful Monbachtal valley to experience fellowship, recharge their batteries, celebrate, and look to the future together.

Here we meet each other – across countries, generations, and areas of work. We share experiences, listen to each other, laugh together, and feel anew what connects us: Jesus! We will discuss what is currently happening in Kontaktmission, where God is leading us as a movement, and how the generational change is taking shape. It’s about inspiration, orientation, and the joy of building the future together. Children and teens are also right in the middle of it all. They will experience days full of fun, fellowship, and encouragement—with peers who understand them and share their faith.

#Kids- and Teens
Will there be a program for kids and teens?

There will be a live program for MK Kids & Teens during the official events. There will be three groups:

Toddlers (ages 4-8)

Kids (ages 9-12)

Teens (ages 13-18)

When will the staff conference take place?

The staff conference will take place from Monday, March 30 to Thursday, April 2.

 

The conference officially begins on Monday at 10.30 am. You can arrive between 8.30 and 10 am. It is also possible to arrive on Sunday, March 29, between 7 and 9 pm.

 

The staff conference ends on Thursday, April 2, 2026, after lunch.

How do I get to Monbachtal?

Arriving by car:

Address: Im Monbachtal 1, 75378 Bad Liebenzell

(If your navigation device cannot find the street name, you can alternatively enter the street name “Im Nagoldtal 1 or 3.”)

 

Arriving by train:

The Monbach-Neuhausen stop is only a few minutes’ walk from the guest houses. Monbachtal can be reached from Pforzheim in about 15 minutes with the Kulturbahn.
Coming from Stuttgart, you can reach Weil der Stadt with the S6. From here, take a bus to Bad Liebenzell and then a 3-minute train ride to Monbachtal.

What options do I have to participate?

Live in Monbachtal

We look forward to seeing you in Monbachtal! You can participate for all four days or join us as a day guest if you are unable to attend for the entire duration.

 

Participating online via Zoom

If you are unable to attend in person, you can participate in the sessions digitally (see program). If you would like to do so, please indicate your language(s) when registering below so that we can arrange for translators in advance.

#Catering
How will we be catered for?

Throughout the entire event, we will be lovingly cared for with good food. The first meal is lunch on Monday and the last meal is lunch on Thursday, which will conclude the conference. In between, there will be breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, as well as a small afternoon coffee break. Full board will therefore ensure that all your culinary needs are taken care of.

Costs

How much does the employee conference cost and how can I bill for it?

Ages 0–2: free
Ages 3–6: 39€ per day
Ages 7–12: 49€ per day
Ages 13–17: 69€ per day
Adults (18+): 77-99€ per day (depending on the allocation to guest houses, which will only be made after registration).

 

All prices are per day with accommodation, full board including bed linen and towels. It is not possible to opt out of bed linen and towels.

 

Day guests: €55 per day (children 6-17 years: €30) including meals.

Sign up!

You can register for the staff conference in Monbachtal until February 22nd, 2026, at the latest. Experience from previous years shows that early registration is helpful, as the guest house has limited capacity. Rooms will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received.
