On Palm Sunday, around 500 friends and partners gathered for our international conference at the Burgfriedenhalle Neuhütten. A highlight was the upcoming leadership transition: Mission Director Dieter Trefz will hand over his role to Martin Weese later this year. “Whoever recognizes God’s action in the world maintains a broad heart,” Dieter Trefz encouraged our guests. Alongside moving insights from India and Ukraine, we presented innovative approaches like the CCJC professional initiative. This day proved: we look ahead with hope, viewing mission as a vibrant, mutual exchange.

From March 30th to April 2nd, 230 team members gathered in the Northern Black Forest to experience community under the theme “HE MATTERS!”.

Three intensive days defined our time together:

• For Me: My relationship with Jesus.

• For Us: Strengthening our fellowship.

• For The World: Our mission.

The focus was on community, exchange, and personal spiritual renewal. Away from daily tasks, there was space to reset and equip ourselves—ensuring we continue to serve out of abundance and approach our future work with joy and renewed energy.
